Sgt Billy Carnegie is part of a team armed with pocket video cameras by the Daily Telegraph to record their experiences of a six-month tour of duty in Afghanistan with 5th Battalion the Royal Regiment of Scotland (5 Scots). In his first film since leaving the UK, he shows how coaltion forces are pulling together to turn the maligned Afghan National Police (ANP) into an effective police force.
